You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. ShipTasks cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

5. Payment and Refunds

Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans.

6. Service Level Agreement

We aim for 99.99% uptime for our service. For Business and Enterprise plans, specific SLAs apply as detailed in your service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

ShipTasks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
